Terms of Service

TERMS OF SERVICE
By proceeding with the purchase of a commission, you (the client) agree to all terms and conditions listed below. Please read through the Terms of Service thoroughly, and feel free to contact me regarding any questions you may have regarding details.
COMMISSION REQUESTS
I (the artist) reserve the right to decline a request for a commission for any reason.
The client has 1-3 business days to pay the finalized invoice, or agreed upon amount (if invoice is not being used), before the commission is cancelled, unless otherwise agreed upon during discussion of commission.
The client agrees to allow up to 3 business days prior to requesting an update on the commissioned piece, unless there has been an agreement with the artist that the work will be done on a shorter time frame.
All work, both in progress and completed, is copyright to me, and I reserve the right to freely host said work in my portfolio, and/or in advertisements for commissions or otherwise.
The client reserves the right to repost the finished commissioned work, with proper credit to the artist.
All commissioned artwork will be a digital file only, and will be sent via your (the client's) chosen method of communication (e.g. email, Twitter messaging, etc). The commissioned piece will not be a physical item that is shipped unless otherwise stated during negotiation of transaction.

None of my artwork may not be used in the sale/advertisements of NFTs.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS
All transactions will be completed via the PayPal Invoice system, unless I have stated otherwise either in the advertisement of and/or the discussion of the commission.
Work on client's commission does not start until after payment has been received.
If I for any reason need to cancel the commission in its entirety, the client will receive a full refund of their commission.
If the client for any reason needs to cancel, they will receive a full refund unless up to 50% or more of the art commission has been completed. The client is due a partial refund amount equivalent to the remaining percentage of work needing to be completed (e.g. client receives 25% of refund if roughly 75% of the work is completed, etc).
If the client has requested refunds on more than two (2) commissioned works within the span of six (6) months, said client is barred from requesting commissions for up to six (6) months.
SHIPPING (U.S. ONLY)
Client is responsible for the entire cost of shipping on commissioned works that are to be physically shipped.
Chosen method of shipping is USPS, and client will be informed if the cost of shipping exceeds $4.00 to discuss alternative options.
COMMISSION SUBJECT MATTER
I will not draw any adult-themed commissions unless specifically advertised via my social media or otherwise.
I am most comfortable with drawing anthro, feral, and most creaturesque characters, but will consider taking commissions for human characters as well.
You (the client) are welcome to inquire as to whether I feel that I would be able to draw your character.
Please do not contact me to inquire about commissions that feature materials such as:
Pedophilia
Racism
Homophobia
Transphobia
Beastiality
Any form of abuse or violence
Gore
Death
Otherwise prejudiced or bigoted subjects
